Rules are the following.
1. No Spam (any spammers will be kicked and warned, repetitions will result in further actions)
1a. Do not spam bots i.e. @google <topic> 20 times
1b. Spamming by nick change is also not permitted (Trolling)
2. Abuse of OP priveledges will result in the loss of them.
3. Sexual References: Take them to PM, they are not permitted in the channel, This is final and will not be discussed.
4. Posing under a registered nick in the channel will result in banning.
5. Inciting, manipulating, encouraging, assisting or conspiring with others to violate any of the Set Rules is impermissible.
6. Speak English, if you speak another language and others request you to speak english, it will be expected from you.

ii. If individual enforcement of these rules prove to be ineffective, that does not diminish their validity. The administrators are committed to replacing ineffective regulations with those which can be better enforced. These new rules will be used without delay and in any pending case. This also applies to implicit but unstated gaps in current rules which are meant to be viewed in the spirit of the explicitly stated rules.

At any time you can possibly move up and down on the access list, depending upon your behavior and cooperation in the channel.
